The session begins promptly at 6:00 pm. To protect the depth and flow of the experience, doors will close at the start time and late entry will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
What to Bring
Mats are provided. Please bring your own blankets and pillows to ensure you stay warm, comfortable, and fully supported throughout the session.
About the Sound / Gong Bath
Sound and Gong baths are deeply restorative, spa-like experiences designed to support relaxation and reset. One of the greatest benefits is relief from stress and anxiety.
We often carry emotional heaviness from past or present experiences. A sound bath offers space to gently release that weight and return to a state of calm and balance.

Please note: Sound/Gong baths are not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for those with a pacemaker or unstable epilepsy.
