Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a gentle, grounding 90-minute Yin Yoga workshop inspired by the Wood element— the energy of growth, renewal, and new beginnings.
This nourishing session includes a slow Yin sequence (holding postures for 3–5 minutes), guided breathwork, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation to help you relax, release tension, and reset for the new season. We’ll close with dark chocolate and aromatherapy oils to gently awaken the senses.
Open to all levels, with plenty of props and support provided. A space to soften, realign, and reconnect. 🌿
