This workshop will introduce you to the Hog—how it works and how to use it effectively, with a special focus on the feet. The Hog’s unique pyramid-textured surface delivers a deep tissue massage while you exercise, helping to release tension and improve movement quality.

There’s so much variety with the Hog! It can be used to build strength in the feet and ankles, as well as to improve back mobility and strength, making it an excellent tool for both fitness and rehabilitation.
