This 6-week Reformer Progression course is designed for those ready to move beyond the basics. It’s the natural next step after Reformer from Scratch, or for anyone with prior beginner-level experience.

Across six weeks, you’ll refine technique and alignment, explore more dynamic transitions, increase resistance, and build greater strength, stability, and control. Each session is carefully structured to ensure steady progression while gradually increasing intensity and complexity — helping you feel stronger and more confident with every class.
