Simone and Mavra join forces -and their passion for Pilates- to bring you a day full of movement, mindfulness, connection and Pilates! A Rejuvenating Pilates Retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind in the warmth of our studio.
What to expect
- 10-10:15am • Welcome & Intention Setting - Begin the day with a warm welcome from Simone and Mavra as they set the tone for a mindful experience. 
- 10:15-11am • Energising Pilates Session - Kickstart your morning with an energising flow focused on core strength, full-body movement and deep breathing. 
- 11:15am-12pm • Gentle Restorative Pilates - Move into a gentle, restorative practice designed to stretch and release tension, leaving you feeling balanced and at ease. 
- 12-1.15pm • Nourishing Lunch - Enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch featuring fresh, seasonal dishes made in-house by Sam and grab the opportunity to converse with your fellow participants. 
- 1:15-1:45pm • Meditation & Final Stretch - Wrap up the retreat with a calming meditation and final stretch session, leaving you grounded and relaxed. 
- 1:45- 2pm • Closing Circle & Farewell - We’ll end the day with a short reflection, sharing gratitude and positive energy before you head home with a special wellness gift!
