Pairs Yoga & Thai Massage – Finding Ease in Movement Part 2

This is the second of our 3 hour Pairs Yoga & Thai Massage workshop, ideal if you attended our first workshop but it doesn't matter if you didn't.

No need to book as a pair, you can partner with someone on the day

Katy will guide you through seated partner postures, moving into a pairs flow to bring awareness to the breath and coordinate movement to open, lengthen and nourish the front, side and backside of the body.

We'll then move on to Thai Massage, guided by Sam, to focus on the front of the body. Each person will give and receive a guided Thai massage. 

Katy will close the practice with a partner meditation before easing you into Savasana and a guided Yoga Nidra.

The treatment is carried out fully clothed so please wear comfortable long sleeved and long legged clothing and socks.

To make sure you are extra cosy please bring a blanket or blankets.  Everything else is provided and includes refreshments.
