A deeply nourishing, relaxing and restorative candlelit workshop to settle you into a restful, recuperative state of being. Ideal if you have trouble sleeping, need to relax and release stress and tension, or just want a calming treat.
No need to book as a pair, you can partner with someone on the day
Katy will guide you through a Radical Rest practice to ground and find comfort in the breath and the body, followed by restorative mindful movement.
Sam will then help you to select an aromatherapy oil and will guide you through giving an Indian head massage to your partner before swapping over and receiving from your partner.
Katy will close the practice with a guided relaxation/yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to have you floating out of the studio. You will take home your own aromatherapy oil so that you can continue with the beneficial effects.
Refreshments are provided and oils are to take home.
