Check-in for Runners, Cyclists and Athletes

Bring your tight bits along to this monthly class aimed at runners, cyclists and athletes to check-in with your body. Open to all levels, whether casual or competitive in your discipline this class will assist and support in fine tuning your body.

A regular yoga practice can prevent injuries, promote a speedier recovery time and enhance performance. This class will focus on targeting muscle groups to increase stability, strength, balance & mobility, improving efficiency of breath and building greater body & breathe awareness.  

Handouts from each session are available to take away to practice.
