Radical Rest & Recovery for Athletes – Calling ALL athletes… (and everyone is an athlete!)…In our fast-paced, over-stimulated world where busyness is glorified, resting has become a radical act. To rest doesn't always come easy. This monthly extended class gives you the opportunity to create space, lengthen, recharge, cultivate stillness and welcome the breath. Resting and awareness of the body will support recovery. Whether recovering from an injury or recovering from a busy week. Come along with your tight bits and expect low lights, restful and supported poses, juicy stretches, slow-flowing movement, assisted postures and pressure point balls… all interweaved with an awareness of breath. Bliss!
